Ethiopian specialty coffee, measured at origin.
Single-origin lots from Yirgacheffe, Sidama, Guji and Limu, sold as green coffee, or roasted at origin and packed under your own label. We are engaged by the buyer, inspect the coffee before it ships and after it lands, and hold the profile so the cup does not drift between harvests.
We correspond in English, Amharic, Arabic, Mandarin, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean and French.

We sit on the buyer’s side.
We are engaged by the buyer, not by the exporter. That one fact decides everything else: which lots reach you, what we tell you about them, and who answers for it when a lot is wrong.
- We represent you
- Never the seller. The exporter keeps their own licence and stays exporter of record on every green contract, while we hold your side of the table. When a lot is not what it was sold as, we are the ones who say so.
- We inspect twice
- Before it ships and again after it lands. Moisture, water activity, screen, defect count and cup, read at an independent lab in Addis Ababa that does not belong to the seller. The score is never the seller’s own.
- We hold the profile
- The cup you approved is recorded and matched against every harvest that follows. The same coffee year after year, not a fresh negotiation every season.
Two ways in.
Buy the green and roast it yourself, or have it roasted at origin and packed under your own label. Samples come with either, drawn from the lot on offer.
Green coffee sourcing
We shortlist real lots against your brief from exporters we have vetted, hand you the documentation behind each one, and stay with it through shipment.
How sourcing worksRoasted at origin, under your label
Sourced, graded, cupped, then roasted in Ethiopia and packed under your own brand. The coffee never leaves origin as a commodity, and what lands is finished goods with your name on the bag.

Every statement we make about a lot has a measurement behind it, taken where it happened, handed over unedited. Three of the five are measured today. Two are in build, and we say so rather than let you assume.

Not a verdict, the readings. Each one is shown against the band it has to sit inside, so you can check the coffee rather than take our word for it. This is a specimen, printed to show the format.
